The figure will be responsible for the following activities:
Office Operations : Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly. Manage the correspondence and be the focal point for the archiving processes.
Management : Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as necessary. Perform a range of staff support activities for the organization’s managers: organize travels and manage company cars and expenses.
Communication : Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, landlord, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, and errands.
Planning : Organize office operations and procedures, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the office is clean, organized, and safe. Control and maintain the agenda of the meetings with external visitors.
Teamwork : Join and facilitate cross-department collaboration. Handle queries from team members and guide as needed. Support team by facilitating inter-departmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
