The Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, independently working Marketing Campaign Associate to support our brand building strategy.

In this role, you will help execute key marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing leads from industries such as Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods, Automotive and Manufacturing, Private Equity, and capabilities such as Digital, Operations, Pricing, Sales and Marketing; you will also collaborate with marketing leads from our centres of excellence across digital, social media and events.

Your role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns using a cross-channel and multi-media approach. You will lead high-visibility campaigns with a broad awareness across Europe independently, have strong project management and technical skills, as well as experience in CRM, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, social media and other digital platforms.


Key responsibilities:

Plan and execute European marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing Coordinators, with a focus on the following areas: project management, email distribution, webpage creation and maintenance, social media, event organization, internal communications, Return on Marketing Investment

  • Project management
  • strong sense of ownership for the assigned projects, end-to-end project management ensuring all stakeholders are looped in and all moving parts come together during the project timeline while adhering to budget.
  • Email distribution
  • Creation of email content, working with data team to build distribution list, manage distribution with the support of the Marketing Operations Coordinator
  • Webpage creation and maintenance
  • Support Marketing Manager with webpage copy writing and webpage creation
  • Social Media
  • Own social media planning strategy and execution
  • Draft content and discuss imagery with Design Team, schedule social media posts, activate internal audience
  • Event organization
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager on workflow planning and execution, in close collaboration with the events, communications and digital centres of excellence
  • Own event social media planning and execution, including creation of social media content
  • Own data collection and reporting
  • Return on Marketing Investment
  • Own reporting process to assess success of campaign in collaboration with data team
  • Provide insights and recommendations for upcoming campaigns

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or comparable experience) preferred
  • A minimum of four years’ experience of global marketing campaigns working across practices, groups, and/or regions
  • A passion for creating engaging digital content, and ideally some editing experience
  • Experience in working with CRM, AEM, and marketing automation systems (such as Monday.com) is a plus

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, and flexible environment where priorities often shift
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate a strong initiative, confidence, and the ability to work with little guidance
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English & Italian
  • Excellent MS Office skills
