Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software
• Prepare the Order Acknowledgment
• Prepare the Down Payment invoice if any
• Prepare the Bank Guarantees requests through ALOC SYSTEM if any
• Assist the project managers with administrative duties
• Communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing,
Commercial, Product Managers, etc.,
• Resolve customer issues
• Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring
order status and resolving discrepancies.
• Main actor for Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitored and granted
• Document administrator for invoicing, bank guarantees and export documentation including
letter of credits
• Support TPM in WSM meeting for catching the delivery dates
• Measure the transport costs in comparison vs. budget
• Organizing the transport with freight forwarder
• Duly data entry for monitoring the monthly Rev. Rec.
Required Qualifications
· This role requires basic experience in the Project Management & Document Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
· English & Italian – preferable also other languages like Spanish and German and French.
