Role Overview

The Paid Acquisition Specialist owns our digital acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns that drive qualified leads, demo bookings, and revenue.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand & Product Manager, Content Manager, and Designer to build high-performing campaigns supported by strong creative and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Own the full lifecycle of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (search, display, video, retargeting).
  • Build and manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Execute A/B tests on ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Develop structured experiment roadmaps to improve CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and distribution across channels.

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the Content Manager and Designer to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Run CRO tests (copy, layout, CTAs, segmentation) to increase conversion rates.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights:

  • Track and analyze performance for all paid channels.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to Marketing leadership.
  • Monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, and SQL/demo quality.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations

Audience & Targeting Development:

  • Build and refine audience strategies across Google and Meta.
  • Leverage retargeting, custom audiences, lookalikes, and behavioral segments.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Product Manager to align messages to personas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with the Brand & Product Manager for messaging and positioning alignment.
  • Partner with the Content Manager to create high-impact ads and landing page copy.
  • Coordinate with the Designer for visual assets and creative variations.
  • Support Sales with insights on lead quality and funnel performance.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
  • Experience with landing page testing, CRO, and funnel optimization.
  • Comfortable working with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to run structured experiments and interpret results.
  • Understanding of SaaS funnels, ICPs, and lead qualification.
  • Ability to translate product value into compelling ad messaging.
  • A/B testing methodology and creative optimization.
  • Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM-driven reporting.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.

Administrative Info

  • Hybrid-setting: you would need to come to our office in Milan (near Milano Certosa) on a weekly basis.
  • Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
  • Equipment: laptop, phone, headphones, keyboard, mouse, and a dedicated office monitor.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
  • Start date: Feb2026/Mar2026
  • Salary range: 40-45K
  • Welfare bonus on a monthly basis
  • Bonus for paid English or German language courses.

  • Partnership with Serenis (an online psychotherapy platform) - three sessions offered if needed.
