Payroll Analyst, Italy

3+ years of experience in in-house payroll. Working knowledge of electronic attendance tracking systems (e.g., Zucchetti, Explora) is an advantage. Excellent understanding of labor law. Preferred additional experience within an international shared service environment, with a minimum of 12 months' experience. Fluent in Italian and English. Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage. Track record of continuous improvement and striving to be best in class. Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills. Strong personal leadership and influencing skills. Excellent customer service skills. Positive and collaborative attitude. Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
