PRE SALES SPECIALIST
In this position you will work as Kitchen Designer being responsible for professional kitchen projects, layouts, MEP drawings, specifications and quotations within the Italian Pre-Sales Office.
ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Read and understand drawings and tender documentation
- Execute the preliminary draft and drawings based on the information of the project received from the customer
- Carry out the final design and go through all detailed technical drawings needed for the engineering design of facilities
- Define final commercial offer
- Cooperate with all the other departments including project management, purchasing, sales and external consultants
- Visit the site and keep connection with the customer
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Prioritize work and urgent requests
QualificationsWHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Technical Diploma or University Degree in Architecture / Engineering.
- Previous working experience in a similar environment.
- Very good knowledge of CAD applications (Autocad, Revit) and MS Office programs.
- Food equipment and market knowledge.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Fluent English.
- Proactive with a strategic approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement; innovative and curious
- Flexible and open-minded
- Able to communicate effectively and easily engage stakeholders at all levels; team player
- Engaged with outside-in perspective
- Adaptable, flexible
- Willing and able to travel
