Develop and optimize chemical formulations for advanced optical materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. 2. Perform material characterization using techniques such as spectroscopy, microscopy, and thermal analysis. 3. Conduct performance testing of formulated materials under optical and environmental conditions. 4. Troubleshoot formulation and performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions. 5. Collect and analyze chemical and optical data, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for design improvements. 6.
