Product Design Lead

Cleverbridge is looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to build the industry’s leading autopilot for revenue growth.

The Product Design Lead can be remote or hybrid and reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Your Background

• 10+ years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years experience designing software products
• You have a track record of delivering software with a superior UX
• You are ambitious and enjoy being challenged
• You are comfortable getting your hands dirty and working tightly with engineering from ideation to shipping code
• You are a master in asking great and even better in listening
• You love to spend time with and observe users
• Experience with working in remote and global teams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for UX being a top three-win reason for Cleverbridge
• You will raise the bar for design practices and establish Cleverbridge as a design-driven organization
• You know our user and client personas better than anyone else at Cleverbridge
• You define, own and deliver an industry leading user experience and interface
• You develop prototypes and test ideas quickly with users
• You use evidence and your soft skills to win over stakeholders and generate buy-in for what we build and why
• You help lead the teams responsible for building our user and client experiences
• You are prepared to step-in and to get your hands dirty
