The Role:

The candidate will be part of a team based in Agrate Brianza (MB) focused on the development of high-volume mixed signal devices for the data storage market segments with the aim to bring the new devices from their early conceptual stage to the mass production phase through:

• Deep interaction with the design team to define the proper DFT/DFM (design for testability/manufacturability) solutions achieving the expected test coverage targets.
• Development and validation of the HW/SW test solutions for the Automatic Test Equipments (ATE), implementing the defined test coverage level and maximizing the test efficiency.
• Device characterization with ATE, analysis of the test results and reporting, to assess the maturity level of the device (does the new device meet the defined validation phase targets?).
• Product industrialization: ATE test solution transfer to the mass production test sites. 
• Device yield improvement and test program improvement through iterations with wafer fab teams, design team and the production test plant teams applying the continuous improvement approach.

Competence and Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Experience in C / C++ Programming
• Experience in instrumentation usage (oscilloscopes, DVM, etc)
• Passion for innovation and technical problem solving.
• Intermediate English knowledge.

Candidates with following characteristics are preferred:

• Experience of silicon debug & characterization on mixed signal devices
• ATE knowledge.
• Availability to travel abroad.
