The Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level.

We need a proactive and energetic individual with deep understanding of RC space, to become the entry point and guide growth initiatives, including:

• Supporting the Long-Range-Plan (LRP) for product strategy definition.

• Supporting strategy deployment and strategy execution to accomplish business plan and achieve financial targets.

• Supporting the must win process to drive commercial intensity.

• Having a close collaboration with Marketing/Sales/ITO to monitor market trends, customer’s needs and competitive landscape.

• Developing external collaborations/agreements/partnerships and support M&A activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.

• Developing and promote internally the offering of RCs within existing tenders to ensure an effective improvement of the overall Baker Hughes’ solution to the customers.

• Being involved in Ad hoc projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in engineering or economics.

• Demonstrate at least 5 Years of experience in rotating equipment.

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level.

• Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.

• Previous experience with documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs.
