Role Overview

MDOTM, a leading provider of AI-driven investment solutions, is looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team. You will be a driving force behind the development and success of Sphere, our platform that allows clients to interact autonomously with MDOTM's Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define our product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, based on business goals, customer value, and resource constraints.


• Implement and adapt agile methodologies across the product development process.


• Work closely with our engineering, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.


• Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.


• Champion user-centricity and ensure that our product provides exceptional user experiences.


• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.


• Maintain streamlined documentation that supports quick decision-making and minimizes bureaucracy.

Skills Required

• Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field


• Proven experience of product management, preferably in a startup environment related to financial and/or technology-related projects


• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt them


• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick, data-informed decisions


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)


• Passion for finance and artificial intelligence, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
