Who are we looking for

At ShippyPro, we are on a mission to revolutionize the shipping experience for brands and shoppers. We’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager with a strong background in B2C products to come up with innovative solutions that enhance the end shopper's experience.

Despite our focus as a B2B software, we recognize the immense value that B2C expertise brings in understanding and meeting the needs of consumers. If you have a proven track record in developing user-centric consumer products and a passion for creating seamless, engaging, and delightful user experiences, we want you on our team.

This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in office in Florence, Italy.

What you will do :

Innovate for Shoppers: Leverage your B2C experience to design and implement innovative shipping solutions that delight end shoppers.

Execute Product Strategy: Drive the execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and customer needs.

Customer-Centric Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a customer-centric product roadmap.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep our solutions at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

UX Excellence: Champion exceptional user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for end users.

What You'll Need

B2C Expertise: Strong background in managing B2C products with a proven track record of delivering successful consumer-focused solutions

User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors, with a passion for creating products that offer outstanding user experiences.

Innovation Skills: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions that set new standards in the industry.

Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.

Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Hybrid Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid remote setup, with 2 days a week in our Florence, Italy office.
