An exciting opportunity, due to continued growth, is now available within our ambitious Patient Monitoring & Life Support Marketing function (Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators and Infusion Pumps) based in Lazio, Italy.

Your responsibilities:

• After training, acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray PMLS solution 


• Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales clinical support 


• To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products 


• Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting


• Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use 


• Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth 


• Being part of the tender process, you will be responsible for preparing the technical documents


• Participating in major marketing events (conferences, congresses, workshops etc.)


• Work with the Sales / Service Engineer within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices. 


• Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood 


• Working with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations 


• Keep clinical, technical, IT and market knowledge up to date in PMLS environment 


• Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations 


• Manage and maintain timely training records 

What are we looking for in you:

• The experience in the similar position with Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators and/or Infusion Pumps products


• A proven clinical experience with a background in Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators and/or Infusion Pumps


• Ability to work autonomously 


• Capability of working in team to achieve shared objectives 


• Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken


• Ability to work in the country for which you are applying without the requirement of company sponsorship


• Ambitious and looking to drive your career forward at pace


• Showcase previous project organization skills 


• Strong analytical and planning skills


• Excellent communication and presentation skills 


• The ability to travel frequently is required
