Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a small team responsible for the IO portfolio, creating an environment in which team members can take ownership, grow and perform at their best.


• Coordinate Product Specialist IO activities in the field, ensuring expertise and resources are effectively deployed according to customer and business needs.


• Remain actively present in the field, providing advanced clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals before, during and after procedures.  


• Act as a clinical and technical reference point for Product Specialists IO, customers and internal stakeholders.


• Support therapy adoption and utilization by identifying opportunities, supporting implementation and strengthening clinical confidence in our solutions.


• Build credible and sustainable relationships with physicians, Key Opinion Leaders and other clinical stakeholders.


• Organize and deliver product presentations, scientific workshops, educational events and clinical training for customers and internal teams.


• Contribute your product and market expertise to tender activities and other key commercial processes.


• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing on territory planning, account development, product launches and strategic growth initiatives.


• Gather insights from customers and the market and translate them into opportunities to improve customer experience and support portfolio growth.


• Set clear objectives, monitor performance and continuously strengthen the clinical, technical and commercial capabilities of the Product Specialist IO team.


• Collaborate effectively across functions while ensuring activities meet Terumo's quality, ethical and compliance standards.
