The Program Change Specialist and Data Analyst is part of the PMO organization and is responsible for both the Configuration Control of Third Parties programs and the analysis of data needed to support the digital projects in OTR.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Supports the Program Manager in the preparation of the Program Control Board (PCB) within the assigned contracts

• Assures, together with the Program Manager, the correct and complete flow down of: technical requirements, Point-of-Introduction (POI), Stock Dispositions agreed with Customer to the Supply Chain

• Verifies the correct introduction of the changes to configuration in the Company, including systems updating (SAP, MOS, ...)

• Prepares the Authorization of Modification Introduction (AIM) for the Program Manager to sign

• Manages CID/SB (archiving, sharing, …)

• Supports the Program Manager in analyzing the technical obsolescence coming from changes to configuration

• Acts in alternative to the Program Manager as Customer Point-of-Contact for issues relevant to the changes to configuration

• Supports the PMO team members on specific data analysis

• Uses the existing digital tools (e.g dashboards) to retrieve data, measure performances and propose corrective and improvement actions

• Support the colleagues in either developing or improving digital tools for OTR

• Operates cross-functionally, participating to specific working groups

• Uses FLIGHT DECK and support the organization in spreading the culture

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering

• Previous experience in similar role, in aerospace field

• Knowledge of the configuration management process in complex and highly regulated environments

• Previous experience in managing customer relations

• Good English knowledge and fluency in Italian

• Good knowledge of digital tools such as the Microsoft Office package and SAP

• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
