The Service Division Team is looking for a Project Manager in Monza site.

Reporting to: Project Execution Manager

About the job

Responsible for managing customer Project to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning, start up and Handover to Customer and Service Organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget.
• Manage project on time, on specification and on budget.
• Stakeholder management and communication.
• Report to steering committee (internal and external)
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control the cost to avoid deviation.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
• Coordinate with other areas in the organization and external suppliers, to secure the project delivery.
• Project supervise on site: participation to start-up and commissioning together with internal or external service engineer.
• Handover to Customer and After Sales Service Organization.
• Trouble-shooting management during warranty period.

What you know 

Priority will be given to:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical engineering
• 3-5 years experiences with Project Management in industrial sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
