WHO’S FREEDA?

From Freeda's experience, Freeda Platform is born: the marketing and engagement platform that aims to innovate the marketing and communication consultancy market through a combination of data analysis and creativity.

The goal of the Platform is to help brand partners become more relevant to the new generations, through a social strategy aimed at improving content and setting a model based on listening to the needs of their consumer audiences.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Platform team, who will report directly to a Project Manager Supervisor .

At Freeda Platform our Project Managers are the Team Leaders on the projects.They lead and organise the work and have full oversight of the project and the brand partners overall strategy. They have a consultative attitude towards the partner(s) and provide guidance for the internal project team.

The figure will in turn work across one or more projects dedicated to one or more key partners of Freeda Platform, coordinating the entire team dedicated to the project(s) (authors, art, producer...).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Supervision of project workflows to ensure that teams have all the tools and support they need to work efficiently and effectively;
  • Project leadership and management during implementation and coordination of the project team;
  • Relationship management with brand partners and senior level stakeholders;
  • Leading the production of - in collaboration with the insight team - project reports on content published on the partner's social pages and other analyses requested by partners (Google ADS etc);
  • Supervising the management of the client's budget, in collaboration with the production team and the performance marketing team;
  • Supporting the Sales team on new business opportunities and pitches.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum 3/4 years working experience in the following professional roles: Project Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager or in roles within Marketing teams;
  • Experience working within an agency environment (creative/ mkt / social / media);
  • Expertise with budget management and optimisiation;
  • Strategic approach to communication - a good knowledge in marketing and communication is required;
  • Good knowledge of communication strategy and dynamics on social media;
  • A clear passion and understanding of the social platform landscape;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Power Point);
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian languages.

  • Open to relocation;
  • Good knowledge of the French language;
  • Good knowledge of Keynote.
