Project Quality Coordinator Module

The Project Quality Coordinator Module is responsible for:

• Leading the Mechanical Completion Process to handover to commissioning, according to scheduling and requirements;

• Leading quality coordinators to develop, plan, and supervise audits and inspections to guarantee that all Project quality requirements are fully satisfied;

• Organizing customer quality review meetings and leading site survey when required;

• Reporting outcomes with the appropriate internal stakeholders, including Project and Quality Management Leaders;

• Ensuring project quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to project standards;

• Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best;

• Ensuring the adoption of best practice guidelines and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes and systems.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have BSc. or MSc. in engineering;

• Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project quality management;

• Be skilled to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding;

• Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions;

• Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian;

• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems;

• Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization;

• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)​
