Essential Responsibilities

• Contact Suppliers to request contractual documentation signed

• Follow-up with the team involved in workflow creation for Suppliers onboarding

• Interface with Internal Customers to collect requirements

• RfQ (Request for Quotation) preparation and follow-up

• Negotiation support

• Purchase orders creation

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school education or Bachelor's degree

• IT basic skills (e-mail, Office, Acrobat)

• Fluent Italian and good English knowledge, both spoken and written

• Precision, order

• Working in team

• Autonomy in performing routine recurring activities

• Good interpersonal skills

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

• SAP Knowledge
