- You have a proactive, data-driven approach that can anticipate issues and systematically improve performance.
- You can manage the increasing complexity in applications and consistently meet higher customer expectations.
- You can detect and eliminate recurring issues through deep process understanding - delivering robust fixes instead of temporary workarounds.
- You can provide dedicated quality ownership for new and critical initiatives and ensure they launch with the right controls.

- You will take full ownership of critical quality topics and turn them into measurable, sustainable results.
- You are strongly analytical and structured, able to translate complex problems into clear actions.
- You are data-driven in decision making and can build fact-based alignment across stakeholders.
- You are hands-on and proactive—comfortable being on the floor, not only behind spreadsheets.
- You work effectively cross-functionally with production, R&D, and application teams to turn quality needs into shared execution.
- Previous experience in Quality for Productions sites and relevant Educational background.
