About This Opportunity:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

You will work closely with the Docebo software development teams, collaborating to identify and address potential issues, conducting thorough testing, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products.

Reports to: QA Manager

Location: Biassono or Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

• Investigate and manage product bug assessment and follow up with the Software Development Manager and Product Manager to improve their performances;
• Support the product audit management process;
• Ensure that the product is appropriately released;
• Implement corrective and preventive actions;
• Maintain a close working collaboration with Software Development Managers and Product Managers;
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines;
• Ensure that the monitoring system for customers and complaints is updated.

• Excellent problem-solving attitude;
• Strong attention to detail and astute diagnostic skills;
• Fluent English;
• Strong interest in Information Technology;
• 1 year of experience in a Quality Controller position;
• Working experience in developing test automation scripts in Java, Gherkin, and PHP;
• Knowledge of Test automation framework Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and Codeception;
• Working experience in an Agile environment with Scrum & Kanban methods;
• Strong knowledge of CSS and HTML;
• Basic knowledge of any BE programming language;
• Basic knowledge of UI design.

• Experience in Cloud or Saas Development environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;
• Previous experience as a developer;
• Experience in performance testing with relevant tools like load impact, IBM RPT
• Knowledge of DevOps tools.
