Descrizione Lavoro - Receptionist - Nobu Milano

Nobu Milano is looking for a Receptionist who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the Receptionist Supervisor and the Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting guests ensuring our standards are met at all times
  • Wardrobe management
  • Enter the reservations in the software and manage the floor plan in agreement with the General Manager
  • Collect information about the customer and share it with the other departments to ensure the optimization of the guest service
  • Collaborating with other departments to fulfil guest requests

    • Requirements

    Must have skills:

  • Profiency in Italian and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering high quality customer service

    •  Nice to have skills:

  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus
  • Fluency in any other language apart from english
