Regional Medical Partner

Line manager: Regional operations manager

Job purpose: To support clinics on medical related projects

Develop Medical efficiency in Operations: Operational/medical excellence project lead (often in collaboration with regional operations partner)

o Support AniCura WoW

o Medical excellence projects

o Revenue erosion lead for the region

o Medical Standards of current treatment, best practice sharing

• Implement Medical initiatives in the region

o Support introduction and maintenance of QualiCura in clinics

o APSIS: introduction & follow-up

o Quality initiatives (e.g., quality improvement in strategic areas like lab, nutrition)

o Master data management for the region

o Provide Advisory to clinics around quality and medical excellence

• Customer interaction best practices

o NPS review and follow-up

o Support young vets, training medical basics, intervention, coaching with complaints

o Support difficult customer interactions; Escalated complaints mgmt. support, in collaboration with practice managers, regional manager, admin partner

o Support clinics in various client matters; patient safety, processes etc.

• Follow-up clinic development (quality/medical practices/patient safety)

o Do quality review of clinics when needed

o Set clinic plan to improve quality and patient safety

• Partner with P&O for veterinary contribution to strategic people initiatives

o Contribute to associate introduction & onboarding (medical/quality content)

o Linking associates to the right learning opportunities

o Attend Local Congresses when needed

o Support Talent acquisition

Context and Scope:

Works in a clinic and travel to other clinics (4 days / week).

Education & Professional Qualification:

Veterinarian

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

Project management, Results oriented, Capacity to embark teams, clinical experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of Italian language is mandatory, good knowledge of English language required

Key Supporting Job Related Competencies:

Project management, Relation building with clinical teams

Key Business Partners: Practice managers, Vets and Nurses in clinics, Regional Leadership teams; regional operations partner, regional admin partner, regional P&O partner, regional business controller. Country medical manager, cluster quality manager. Head of Operations. Regional medical partners in other regions in the cluster
