The role - your passion

• You are responsible for our stations in your respective region and, thus, for the operational business at the roadsurfer stations 

• You drive the station set up and the organization in your region 

• You own the budget responsibility of your region and ensure an efficient use of resources

• You lead the station teams and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction within the teams 

• You strive to maintain quality standards, also for all future stations in your region

What you need to surf the wave with us

• Successfully completed training or studies in a subject-relevant field or comparable qualification

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably as a regional manager / branch manager / station manager in the areas of car rental, tourism or similar 

• You are happy to travel to the stations in your region 

• Experience in leading employees or teams 

• Empathy and passion for people and successful teams 

• You are a resilient problem solver and organisational talent 

• You speak and write English and Italian

• Class B driving licence
