3D Revit Architekt:in

As a Revit Architect, you will work closely with your colleagues in the Customers Team, handling operational tasks while also supporting strategic projects. Your main responsibility will be to create precise as-built models, playing a key role in the successful execution of our client projects. Additionally, you will help improve internal workflows, share your expertise with the team, and have the opportunity to take on project leadership.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating and editing 3D models in Revit, specifically for existing buildings
• Processing and analyzing measurement data (point clouds, panoramic images, photogrammetry) in Revit
• Capturing as-built buildings in seconds using our LumoScanner
• Ensuring quality control (QA/QC) and conducting plausibility checks on models
• Collaborating with the Operations and Software Team to optimize model data and internal workflows
• Preparing project documentation and handover reports
• Supporting model coordination and client communication
• Working with partners in energy consulting, renovation planning, building material passports, CO₂ assessments, life-cycle analyses, and more

Additionally, you can contribute in:

• Developing BIM modeling standards and templates
• Leading projects in larger client assignments
• Improving internal Revit and modeling workflows
• Onboarding new team members in Revit and as-built modeling
• Supporting Key Accounting with technical consulting for client inquiries
• Enhancing and innovating our solutions, especially in sustainability
• Participating in marketing, sales, and key account management (optional)

• High motivation and a hands-on mindset to solve common challenges innovatively and independently
• Proven experience in working with point clouds and integrating them into Revit
• At least 2 years of experience in an architectural office or a similar field in Germany
• Strong experience in Revit modeling, particularly for existing buildings
• Genuine interest in sustainability topics
• Team-oriented mindset: You actively contribute, encourage collaboration, and work together with colleagues to find the best solutions
• Enjoyment of a human-centered work culture
• Fluent in both German and English
• Willingness to travel for measurements, primarily within German-speaking Europe

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience with other BIM tools like BIMCollab or BIMVision
• Scripting knowledge in Dynamo for Revit
• Experience in creating Revit families and templates
• Knowledge in sustainability and energy efficiency in architecture
• Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops
• A network and experience in the real estate/construction industry (a plus, but not a must)
• Experience working in startups/scaleups is a bonus
