🧩 About the role

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Accessibility Expert to support high-impact projects across Europe. You’ll work alongside designers, developers, and product teams to ensure digital products and services are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with international standards.

🔍 What you’ll do

Perform accessibility audits for websites, apps, and digital content

Write technical reports based on WCAG 2.1/2.2 and EN 301 549

Support clients in achieving compliance (AGID, ADA, Section 508...)

Deliver accessibility training and awareness sessions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed inclusive practices

Stay up to date on accessibility trends, tools, and assistive tech

✅ What we’re looking for

Solid experience in digital accessibility

Deep knowledge of WCAG, semantic HTML, ARIA, and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers)

Familiarity with tools like axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, VoiceOver

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, etc.) are a plus

Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German or French is a bonus
