Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and forward-thinking IT company within the PNO Group, specializing in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions, is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.

What We Are Looking For

We are searching for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in managing complex infrastructures. The ideal candidate will be available in the short term and will take on responsibility for critical infrastructure tasks, working closely with developers to ensure seamless operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and is eager to contribute to both personal and business growth.Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT company or technology partner.
Proven experience in open-source environments.
Deployment and Code Administrator: Hands-on experience in deployment environments with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD (GitLab), and Harbor.
Network Administration: Basic understanding of TCP/IP communication between hosts (ping, telnet, etc.).
Web Server Administration: Proficiency in configuring Apache/Nginx web servers, including Reverse Proxy and cluster configurations. Ability to manage SSL certificates.
Fluent in English & Italian with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Linux System Administration (Debian/Ubuntu): Proficiency in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, managing user permissions, and mounting resources (iSCSI, NFS, Samba).
Monitoring Management: Experience with monitoring systems such as CheckMk, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana/Prometheus.
Ability to install, configure, and update the Keycloak SSO Manager.
Experience with Solr9 Search Enterprise Platform in cloud mode, integrated with ZooKeeper for cloud coordination.
Cloud Platform Administration: Familiarity with VMware vSphere for private cloud computing and the ability to configure public cloud environments in GCP and AWS.
