Your Role:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging with Dutch-speaking candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate their qualifications and compatibility with our clients’ needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and innovative ideas to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to hone your recruitment skills.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a valuable addition.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates and teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute as part of a dedicated team.
• Willingness to relocate to Italy, supported by our comprehensive paid relocation package.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
