• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts by actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing efficient onboarding processes.
• HR Process Optimization: Organize and maintain HR data, manage personnel costs, and streamline workflows in coordination with Group HR for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Company Integration: Contribute to the smooth merging of companies by playing an active role in shaping a unified culture for a diverse workforce of 100+ professionals.

• Compensation & Benefits Management: Evaluate and manage compensation packages, including welfare schemes, bonuses, and benefits, while collaborating with external payroll providers for compliance and accurate reporting.
• Leadership Support: Assist team leaders in developing their leadership skills and building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in both Italian and English, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

• Operational Experience: Mid-level HR experience with a focus on operational and tactical roles in recruitment and HR process management.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
• Organizational Expertise: Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record in managing HR operations effectively.
