ICT Manager

Cluster Management

• Maintain and optimize a computational cluster consisting of multiple workstations.

• Manage virtualization, orchestration and other related tools.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability of the computational infrastructure.

• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies for virtualized environments.

Office Network & Connectivity

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the office network (LAN/WAN).

• Ensure secure, reliable, and fast connections for employees both on-site and remote.

• Manage VPN services to support secure remote working environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues efficiently.

Compliance & Standardization

• Implement and maintain ICT processes that align with ISO standards such as ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve IT governance policies.

ICT Infrastructure Management

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor servers, workstations, and software applications.

• Ensure proper asset management, including hardware and software inventories.

• Establish and maintain standardized ICT documentation and configurations.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Team Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ICT requirements for AI development and deployment.

• Mentor junior IT staff, if applicable, to foster skill development within the team.
