Your Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional support to Italian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
• Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from players to inform improvements in our gaming services and product offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline operational processes and enhance problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development and execution of best practices for player support.

• Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• A strong passion for gaming with insight into current gaming trends and communities.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role in gaming is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage players.
