In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and effective manner.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements in customer service processes.
• Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the overall customer experience.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members by sharing best practices and insights from your experience.

• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to facilitate conversations with a diverse range of customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
