Key Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address customer issues and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collect valuable customer feedback and share insights for service improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service excellence.
• Keep up to date with company products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered by Mercier Consultancy Group.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial.
