Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients within the financial sector through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in addressing queries related to financial products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Understand and navigate financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and provide effective support.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financial services products and industry changes.
  • Provide feedback on service processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial products, regulations, and CRM systems is advantageous.
