Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to support our Client, an esteemed Insurance Company, with their operations in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional service to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and customer support.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help clients understand their insurance options, navigate claims processes, and provide clear and compassionate support during their interactions with the company. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in the insurance services offered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding insurance inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions about policies, coverage options, and claims processes
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
  • Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in service quality
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations and industry trends
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on problem-solving
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance or financial sector, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in helping customers understand their insurance needs
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
