Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide expert guidance on digital store offerings.
• Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively address customer needs.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement in the digital shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to offer informed recommendations.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience promptly and effectively.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably in the e-commerce or digital retail sector.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
