• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance product engagement.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and share feedback for continual improvement.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
• A good eye for fashion trends and excellent product knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
