Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client issues and continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Provide feedback and insights to help enhance our services and customer experience.
• Stay updated on company offerings and local insights to assist clients effectively.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a valuable asset.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant computer applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
