Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients by assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes and service quality.

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
