Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate social media content in Italian to ensure it adheres to community standards and company policies.
• Respond to user interactions professionally and promptly in Italian.

• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support strategies that enhance community engagement and content quality.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media moderation.

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is advantageous.
