Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform. You will drive the design vision, ensuring a seamless experience while balancing business goals and technical feasibility. You will lead a small team of UX designers, mentor them, and establish best practices for design excellence. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, you will ensure consistency and innovation in our product suite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic design leadership: define and drive the product design vision, aligning it with user needs and business goals. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a seamless experience. Own and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

• End-to-end product design: lead the entire design process from research to implementation. Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and refine UI designs. Ensure a smooth multi-platform experience across web and mobile.

• Business & product impact: translate business goals into user-friendly solutions that drive conversions and retention. Define KPIs, leverage data tools, and iterate on designs for maximum impact. Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize key design initiatives.

• Team leadership & collaboration: mentor and guide the UX/UI team, fostering growth and learning. Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation. Align design efforts with customer success and marketing while championing accessibility and inclusivity.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Product Designer, ideally in SaaS or hospitality.

• Fluency in Italian (advanced level) and proficiency in English (intermediate level)

• Proficiency in tools like Figma.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Solid grasp of A/B testing and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for smooth collaboration with developers.

• Experience and passion for the role
