To carry forward our mission we are looking for an Martech expert for R&D to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Design, select, configure, integrate, and manage a range of marketing technology platforms with a strong focus on enhancing the performance of social media campaigns across paid and organic channels.

• Leverage MarTech platforms to optimize campaign effectiveness through personalized automation, advanced audience segmentation, and data-driven content delivery tailored to social media channels.

• Analyze campaign performance data across social platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), interpret key social KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS), and develop actionable reports and dashboards to continuously track and improve results.

• Ensure accurate integration and synchronization of data across CRM systems, advertising platforms, social media tools, and analytics solutions to support a cohesive view of campaign performance.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and media teams to provide training and ongoing technical support for effective use of MarTech tools in the execution and optimization of social campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal company policies in the use and management of social and campaign data.

• Continuously monitor developments in the MarTech and social media landscape, identifying and integrating new technologies that can drive greater efficiency and performance in campaign execution.
  

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

• Proven experience working with marketing technology platforms and tools supporting social media campaign performance, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics, with the ability to extract insights and drive data-backed decisions.

• Advanced skills in marketing automation and campaign orchestration across social media ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot CRM) and their integration with social and advertising platforms.

• A good technical foundation in HTML/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and API integrations, especially in the context of social platforms and data flows.

• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization techniques, and retargeting strategies tailored for social media.

• Solid data management and integration capabilities to unify social, CRM, and behavioral data for campaign optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a performance-driven mindset.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across IT, marketing, media, sales, and senior leadership.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead complex projects from a performance marketing perspective.

• Curiosity, proactiveness, and a constant drive to stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of MarTech and social media.
