WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Hello there, you Digital Marketing rockstar. So, here’s the deal. Between Cappuccinos and Spritz, you will:

• Independently execute and optimise digital marketing tactics, ensuring they are aligned with the set strategic direction.

• Handle the tactical & operational management of one or more digital marketing channels, ensuring flawless campaign execution - from set-up to optimisation and detailed performance analysis (yes, numbers matter, and you like them).

• Implement advanced testing and optimisation initiatives within the channel to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client KPIs

• Analyse data to uncover trends and insights that can guide tactical decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

• Advocate for and integrate innovative tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve campaign results - because there’s always a smarter way to do things.

• Provide clients with concise, actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

• Collaborate closely with the team to integrate learnings into the overall success of client experience and delivery.

• Build positive relationships within and across the team, actively contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️

We're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!). We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals. To land this gig, you need a few things:

• 2-3 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem (or close enough that you know what you’re doing).

• Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in either one key marketing channel (paid social or search), or solid experience across both

• Numbers. Strong analytical skills (GA4) and a natural affinity for numbers are key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.

• Good understanding of AI tools and their practical applications in media, with the ability to use AI to support campaign planning, analysis, optimisation and day-to-day media activities.

• Ability to craft and apply effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.

• A proactive, charismatic, and curious approach is essential.

• Proficiency in communicating complex ideas clearly in presentations

• Strong ownership and accountability, with laser-focused attention to detail and organisational skills that don’t fall apart under pressure.

• Full professional fluency in Italian and English (your colleagues speak English, the platforms speak English, and so does the PlayStation in the gaming room… you get the picture).

• Legal right to work within the EU.

WHAT WE OFFER
You can read our full offering in our handbook.

• A fast-paced, international environment - learn about different industries in different geographies.

• The freedom to actually act on your own ideas and prove their value (we are big believers in ownership).

• The chance to take part in our table tennis tournaments (ok, maybe you can skip this one if you don’t feel up for it), team events and a yearly festival.

• A platform to become the best in the world at what you do. With a bunch of awesome like-minded people.

• Paid leave, lunch tickets, flexible public holidays, parental pay and key insurance.

• A diverse environment with a high focus on inclusion and belonging. We speak 46 native languages around Precis, and our internal inclusion score is 4.5 out of 5.

If you tick a few of these boxes, we’d really, really like you to get in touch. And feel free to suggest any other boxes that could help us be better.

We are looking for people with the potential to produce truly game-changing work. If you've got that potential, join us and unleash your inner marketing beast.
