Microsoft 365 System Engineer

Based in Rome with a flexible hybrid work model, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring it powers our cutting-edge, custom software platforms. • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
• Administer EntraID, focusing on identity management, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust policies
• Implement top-tier security and compliance measures including DLP, threat protection, and continuous monitoring
• Automate M365 administration using PowerShell scripting and Power Automate

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues as the go-to escalation expert
• Lead exciting migration and modernization projects, including hybrid deployments and legacy system transitions
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with third-party enterprise applications using Graph and other tools
• Develop and enforce smart governance policies for user access, licensing, and information protection

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 configuration and administration
• Deep expertise in managing EntraID and implementing security and compliance features (DLP, Purview)
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
• Proven track record in managing migration projects across diverse environments (on-prem/cloud)

• Strong background in virtual server administration and ITSM software
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative approach
• Experience working in international, multidisciplinary IT organizations
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills. Italian and/or Dutch is nice to have.
