Descrizione Lavoro - Project Solution Engineer EU South (all genders)

Coordinate project tasks from planning to implementation of monitoring and feed-in management systems, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the Technical Team EU South and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
Analyze technical requirements with customers and grid operators, and design tailored monitoring and control solutions for PV plants.
Support the Sales team by preparing technical offers and presenting customized solutions to clients.
Create clear technical documentation and reports in line with customer specifications and applicable standards.
Continuously expand your knowledge of technical norms and market requirements to support the development of innovative energy solutions.

Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Power Systems Engineering (or similar)
Experience with PV plant design, communication technologies, and electrical cabinet layout
Familiarity with electrical diagrams, measurement, control, and networking systems
Knowledge of grid code regulations, ideally including Italian Grid Code and CEI 0-16
Fluent Italian skills, and strong English skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a structured and independent way of working
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp new topics
Confident in planning tasks, making decisions, and contributing your own ideas
Commercial understanding is a plus
