Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance

• Monitor and assess the well-being of residents, documenting changes and reporting to healthcare professionals
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and staff
• Assist in implementing care plans tailored to meet individual needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care provided
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development initiatives

• Proven experience as a care assistant or in a senior role within a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Empathetic approach toward patient care
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new environment
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care are highly desirable
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication tasks
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
