Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development - Manufacturing Software (f/m/d)

• Steering and managing the corporate and product strategy and its implementation
• Conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring ONIQ remains at the forefront of the industry
• Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances as well as managing existing partnerships
• Drive ONIQ’s growth through business development initiatives and strategic operational support of the Sales team
• Support investor relations and funding efforts in close collaboration with the founders

• Enthusiasm, drive for entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to take an active role in building a fast-growing startup
• Profound understanding of the requirements and challenges of the manufacturing industry, along with the ability to derive strategic objectives for both the company and its products
• Several years of experience in any or several of the following: Production Management, Business Development, Consulting, Entrepreneurship, Product Management or similar
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and/or lean manufacturing is a bonus
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee, prioritize and effectively balance a wide range of different and often competing requirements
• Strong academic record and Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences or similar
• Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
• Willingness to travel to client meetings or industry events occasionally
