We are currently looking for a German-speaking Sales talent (South Tyrol) to join an exciting project. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation. You will be representing our client by prospecting potential homeowners and booking appointments with their Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and prospecting potential clients (homeowners)
• Generating leads and setting qualified appointments
• Managing and nurturing client interactions
• Supporting sales goals and tracking outcomes
• Maintaining consistent communication with team leads and clients

Requirements:

• Fluency in South Tyrolean German (native-level)
• Strong experience in sales, SDR, outbound calling, and lead generation
• Comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English required)
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment

Project Schedule:

• Start Date: As soon as possible (Training Date to be confirmed)
• Recruitment Deadline: June 15, 2025
• Workload: 20 hours/week
• Shifts (Central European Time):
• Mornings: 10:30 AM 1:30 PM CET
• Afternoons: 2:30 PM 7:00 PM CET
• Weekly combination:
• 3 mornings + 2 afternoons or
• 3 afternoons + 2 mornings
• Tuesdays AM shifts are mandatory (bi-weekly team meetings)
