Transport Innovation Consultant

Identify and assess funding opportunities for clients in the transport, mobility, and infrastructure sectors.

Lead or contribute to the development of EU proposals, including structuring work packages, building consortia, and writing technical content.

Provide strategic advice to public bodies and industry on project planning, innovation strategy, and policy alignment.

Coordinate activities within multidisciplinary consortia and manage project deliverables and timelines.

Monitor EU transport and mobility policy developments and contribute to positioning studies and policy briefs.

3–5+ years of experience in EU project acquisition, consulting, or R&D in the transport or mobility sector.

Proven track record with EU programmes (preferably CEF Transport, Horizon Europe – Cluster 5, LIFE, or Interreg).

Strong domain knowledge in areas such as sustainable mobility, multimodal transport, smart logistics, or infrastructure planning.

Excellent writing and communication skills in English (C1+); Italian is a plus.

Degree in transport engineering, urban planning, environmental sciences, or similar.

You are client-focused, proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently.
