Descrizione Lavoro - UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Designer. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates his/her passion. If you are a passionate and talented UI Designer with a proven track record of creating exceptional user interfaces, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital products that make a meaningful impact on our users.

Create and maintain consistent UI components and patterns
Document design decisions and guidelines
Collaborate with developers for smooth implementation
Conduct regular audits of design system usage
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in UI Design, Graphic Design or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in platform interface and mobile app design.
Skilled at presenting complex design concepts in clear, compelling ways to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Figjam
Good knowledge of Power Point
Determined, flexible, dynamic and precise person, endowed with strong communication skills, able to work in teams and for objectives
Position based in Rome, remote work options available upon agreement
Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
Strong consultative approach to understanding client needs and objectives
Advanced English proficiency is a must for this position

Strong expertise in designing complex data visualizations and charts
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles
Understanding of chart types and their appropriate use cases
Ability to optimize charts for different screen sizes and devices
Deep understanding of design tokens and variables
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
Experience with responsive design principles
Ability to create and maintain UI component libraries
Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) for effective developer handoff
Experience documenting design patterns and usage guidelines
Ability to create scalable and reusable components
Understanding of atomic design principles
Experience with design QA and consistency checks
Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to articulate design decisions and rationales
Problem-solving mindset with systematic thinking
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
